Grateful for the accomplishments and blessings of thirty years of dedicated service, and guided by wisdom gained from our past experiences, we foster and uphold the following values:
Integral psycho-spiritual formation
Exploration of a person's psychodynamics is to be done at the service of spiritual growth.
Forms of accompaniment that are respectful and non-intrusive, which honor a person's individual process, will be our customary practice.
Professionalism: competence and integrity
Center personnel are to update themselves regularly and must seek to submit themselves to processes that will ensure ethical behavior and practices.
Deep respect for the diverse gifts and charisms in the Church
To the extent possible, programs will have a combination of clergy, religious, and laypersons as participants and resource persons for mutual enrichment in the ministry.
Sensitivity and responsiveness to God's presence and promptings
The end goal of all our endeavors is to foster greater cooperation with God in His work.
